Why apples are so cute?
Craving for roll cake which I never before.
It was 10:30 in the evening, also I had only 2 eggs left. (I need 4 eggs at least.)
"When I am craving I just make it" is my theory.
We got blueberries from mom. What can we do with those?

This cheesecake is made with baked cheesecake and blueberry rare cheesecake.
There is a cute petit cafe on the way China Beach.was tasty.

でも、非常に美味しい。
やっぱり甘さとお茶の渋さのコンビネーションは、時々ほしくなります。仕方ないです。
しかし、あまったるいケーキじゃだめですね、やっぱり餡的なものがいいですね。
餡は赤いのなら探せばあるんですが、白餡は、売ってるの見たことないですね、仕方ない、作りましょう。
白あんの材料の豆もないので、Lima Beansという、エキゾチックな豆で、代用します。白餡を作るのには二日かかりますがね。
白あんさえ作っちゃえば、後は早いですよ。

This sweets "Ukishima" is kind of sponge cake. I use yellow eggs, merenge, flour, rice flour and Ann. What is differnce? is just using bean paste (most of the dough is ann) and I steam to cook it.
That makes this cake really really moisture.
