today, their grass was so fast, though.

I didn't expect such a good food for just a 9 and dine at 9 hole golf course considering how cheap they are.

The choice was
Stake,
Pork chop,
Chicken breast,
Salmon,
Prawn,

5th Street Bar & Wood Fired Grill

Chipotle garlic rubbed pork loin chop $15.00

I wanted to go this pub for a long time but I didn't pick here just because... but I am really grad to be here this time.

Because of the location, I thought they are not very busy restaurant but once I opened the door I notice I was wrong.
It was different world! Full of young to old people, so busy, lively, smells so good!

Of course we had to wait to be seated. While we were waiting, we had beer at their bar counter. (That was the only seat we could stay.)

Mushroom cheese cake $5.00

I wish I could take their kitchen pictures. I just loved their opened wide kitchen. Running fired meats??

Fire-grilled buffalo burger (with Caesar) $10.00

Their foods are so cheap, I don't know how they can keep their food quality. Taste, presentation, quantity, everything is so good.

Japanese Izakaya Wann in Seattle

American Kobe beef Tataki $8.25
(Japanese people hate to call fake Kobe beef as Kobe beef. It's totally different.)

Sorry for taking break to post Victoria restaurants for a month.

In Victoria, I don't know any good Japanese restaurant. If you are Japanese, your cooking is way better than Japanese restaurant in Victoria.

Oh I shouldn't say that, I have a few restaurants I haven't try yet.
Chikara sushi, in the strip mall, I heard so many people saying they make the best sushi in town.

We went to Wann Izakaya in Seattle at their happy hour. You get $2 beer (ジョッキで), some dishes are just $4.

Cheese Tsukune $7.25

Crunchy Garlic Rock Shrimp $7.75

Tatsutaage $4.00

Jidori Kamameshi $9.00

some buns...

Sorry, I haven't been to any restaurans, just baking.
I know it is boring.

Anyway,

Wednesday is gonna be my baking day. Also! golfing day...

"Saint Germain Tendresse", the bakery in Nagoya, I got a really really good brioche from this bakery.
They put custard and chocolate chips between the brioche dough.

I couldn't forget that... and I made it. It doesn't taste even close! I will try with defferent brioche dough.

This Wednesday, I got a friend came over to bake with.
It was the first time to bake buns for her but she did really good and I guess she liked it.

We made some cinnamon rolls and Japanese sweet bean paste buns.
